neither, that's part of the problem the Democrats don't want to take the blame alone. They can't get a lot of their own to vote for it. So they want the Republicans in there too. I think as taxpayers we are going to get it either way. They will p the blame around in Washington for years. I'm very concerned about how much power it gives to the Sec. of the Treasury. He can make decisions about all this money and basically can't be challenged in court about how or where it went. This 750 is just the base amount they think it could go to a trillion. I don't see how this can help us looks bleak to me
