Are people in Manchester jealous of nicer cities such as Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool or London.?

It's six of one and half a dozen of another really. All cities have got really nice bits and really bad bits. Having lived in four of the five mentioned, there's a lot to be said for Manchester as a city. It's very easy to think of a place as bad until you actually try it.
