Does yahoo answers need a moderator?

Yesterday I posted a question and it had no bad words no spam or anything else that would violate the rules but in one of the answers some guy just wrote repoted and I'm thinking for what, so I check my account and not only did they remove one of my questions but they removed two. I think it's stupid that somebody can just report me for something they didn't like, I wonder if yahoo even reads the answers thats reported because it doesn't seem like it.
