Quickest and best way to remove urine from a mattress?

My daughter has wet the bed last night and I'm washing the sheets, but it's soaked right through to the mattress. I've tried baking powder (Its on right now) and I'm going to hoover it off soon, anyone got any better ideas? She's at a birthday party today and idealy I would like it done within 5 hours. Thanks.
