What does this paradox mean?

I think this phrase means...well, okay, so we should try to make things as simple as possible, not make them dramatic and complicated and over-yze everything. However, nothing is ever simple, so if something presents itself to you and seems simple on the surface, you should be wary. Yes, an ultimate paradox! :-)
