What'd Happen if New Madrid Zone had 7.5+ quake & caused Wabash Valley Zone to quake heavily also?

I am wondering what kind of damage would be caused if the New Madrid Faults were to have a very heavy quake (heavier than the one causing the church bells in Boston to ring) and simultaneously cause a domino effect making the Wabash Valley Seismic Zone to heavily quake?
