Confused emotions!!...help please?

I have a good friend who I have recently been sort of obsessing over. I admire her and think she is really cool (not in the popular girl sort of way). But lately I've been having these strange emotions. I love her in what seems to be more than a regular platonic love, but not romantically/ually either (I'm straight). I can't stop thinking about her and secretly get jealous if she's hanging out with other people. I don't know what to think...please help.
