Does my ex still have feelings for me?

I dated this guy for 3 monthes we broke up soon after that because he said he wasnt ready for a relationship. We still talked everyday for monthes after that until he told me he was dating someone. Soon after I began dating someone as well and fell for him. My ex would randomly text mostly when he was drunk and say hi. He would tell me that he was jealous that I was with someone but in the same breath, tell me he was happy. A few days ago we were talking and I asked him if he still had feelings for me, all he said was that he cared for me. I told it was time that we had closesure because he seems like we have both moved on but he refused to saying that was no need to. I felt guilty for even talking to him so I texted him and told him to please not text me anymore and wished him luck. He hasnt responed back even though I secretly want him to. How do I get past this? Did I make the right choice? I am very happy with my boyfriend, but somethings still has me thinking about my ex please help!!!
