14 year old friend wanting to have a baby?!?

Hi, I'd like your help VERY much! My friend, who is a few months younger than me (She's about 14 and 2 months) just found out she was pregnant and had a miscarriage. The reason she had a miscarriage is b/c of drugs - which I've been pressuring her not to do since I met her about six months ago. I know, it seems like I should just not hang out with her - but I've got no pressure on me & she's a good person despite her rough life and the things she turns to for it. Anyways, she was ashamed that she got pregnant & killed a baby with drugs. Now I'm getting the feeling that she wants to have a baby. She's talking about how it would be better off if the baby was born & how she 'wouldn't mind' being a mother. I need help :/. I'm not asking if she should have a baby - I know she shouldn't. I'm asking how to HELP her through everything - the drugs, the miscarriage (not feeling guilty), and NOT having a baby, possibly just not being promiscuous at all - I won't preach on the abstinence thing b/c that would make me a hypocrite (I believe that if your in a long term, committed relationship its okay - as long as you take precautions.).
