Does Mitt Romney have a chance for being President?

Being part of a fringe religion that teaches that it is OK to children and treat women like property does Mitt Romney have a chance for being President? I doubt that the American people are going to allow a LDS member to be President of the United States. This fringe religion was once outlawed because of the raping of Young girls and the treatment of women as property. This is the same religion that banned African Americans from entering their elite leadership called "the priesthood." Is the LSD Mormon religion any different from Hezbollah?
