Out of "Excuse me"."Pardon me","Forgive me","Sorry" - which one or any other soothing phrase do you use?

I kind of say Excuse me but not like I'm being impatient and snobby...I say it nicely like I could wait a little bit. Forgive me, sorry is okay but pardon me is too polite.
