Will this dismiss the case or force a signing of restraining order ?

My ex girlfriend. I sought a restraining order on her in the court. She tried to take my life 2 threatened etc , threats of death ault , slander set up get fired, criminal harment. This all falls under ' he said she said ' She tried to make up a story on me saying I threatened her myself outside of the courtroom house. I have a cell phone bill proving I am not in the area at that specific time and also a phone call at that specific time to family and children's services on her abuse to her child and mother. I am giving this to the crown with proof the cell phone bill showing that she is lying on court doents and police report since I was in the area at an hour after court but 30 miles east in another region. If she contests which she wants to do she will get perjury or it will be dismissed.? Please advise those with experience. I am agreeing to sign myself too with her since nothing can be pr oven except her making up the story on me. Please advise me. i will retain counsel if she persists but it should be concluded in my favour based on this ?
