I find it odd that you cut out the bun from the burger, yet you have sugary fruits, cereal bars, and potato wedges. Instead of potato wedges you should have had steamed veggies. Instead of smoked ham, chicken salad or some other meat/protein that isn't processed and injected with sugars. Instead of apple, banana, and clementine, you should have had celery sticks and cuber slices with dressing. Replace your carbs with veggies and stick to less processed meats.
