Night time formula feeding?

Right, I know you have to make babys bottles fresh, on demand with water no cooler than 70oc. So with the night time feeds for quickness, could you use a thermos flask of boiled water that hasnt been cooled instead of waiting for the kettle to boil as normal? In terms of the water being sterile enough and hot enough??
